1. Who we are
billkosh.in and the BillKosh software are owned and operated by Agnitus Infotech LLP (LLPIN AAI-6706, GSTIN 19ABIFA2491G1ZC), a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at Ranganiapara, Satsang Bhawan Bye Lane, Opp. Biranchilal Dharamsala, Asansol, Bardhaman, West Bengal 713303, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Agnitus Infotech LLP, and “you” means the person or business buying or using BillKosh.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website, the demo, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Delivery Policy. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
3. What you are buying
- BillKosh Lifetime Licence — a one-time payment for a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use BillKosh for one business (one company profile / GSTIN), with the full source code, documentation and installer.
- Updates — all future versions of BillKosh are free for the licensed business for as long as we publish them.
- Support — 6 months of priority email and WhatsApp support from the date of delivery. Extended support can be bought separately.
- Optional services — installation on your hosting, extended support and managed hosting, priced separately on the pricing section.
4. Licence rules
You may modify the source code for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish BillKosh or its source code, use one licence for more than one business, or offer BillKosh to others as a hosted service, unless we agree in writing. Ownership of BillKosh and its trademark stays with Agnitus Infotech LLP.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable GST is shown on the GST invoice we issue for every order.
- Payments are collected through our authorised payment partners (such as PayU or Razorpay) or by bank transfer. We never see or store your card details.
- An order is confirmed once the payment is received in full. Launch prices may change for future orders; a price change never affects an order already paid for.
- Managed hosting is billed monthly in advance and renews until you cancel.
6. Delivery
BillKosh is a digital product; nothing is shipped physically. Delivery times and methods are described in our Delivery Policy.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Your responsibilities
- BillKosh prepares GST return data (such as GSTR-1 JSON and a GSTR-3B summary) for you to review and upload at gst.gov.in. It is not a GST Suvidha Provider and does not file returns for you. You remain responsible for the accuracy and timely filing of your returns; we recommend checking them with your accountant.
- BillKosh runs on your own server. You are responsible for your hosting, backups, security updates of your server and for the data you enter.
- Third-party services you connect (for example GSTIN lookup APIs, SMTP or payment gateways) are used under those providers' own terms and fees.
- Do not enter real personal or business data in the public demo at demo.billkosh.in; it is shared and reset periodically.
9. Warranty and liability
We build BillKosh carefully and fix reported defects in supported versions. Apart from that, the software is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will suit every business or be free of every error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, tax penalties or data loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add services. The version in force on the day you place an order applies to that order. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any complaint amicably — write to us using the contact details below. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Asansol, West Bengal.
