Is it really lifetime? What's the catch?
Yes. Pay ₹1,999 once and the licence never expires, all future updates are free, and your first 6 months of priority support are included. The software runs on your hosting, so there is nothing for us to switch off. Optional extras — installation, extended support, managed hosting — are separate and clearly priced above.
What does "one business" mean?
One licence covers one business (one company profile / GSTIN). Running books for a second business? That's a second licence — most buyers with two firms just buy two.
What do I need to run it?
Any hosting with PHP 8.2+ and MySQL — the same ordinary shared hosting that runs WordPress. The built-in installer checks your server for you. If you'd rather not touch servers at all, take the installation service or managed hosting.
Does it file GST returns for me?
It prepares them. BillKosh generates GSTR-1 JSON in the portal's own schema for you to upload at gst.gov.in, plus a GSTR-3B summary. It is not a GSP and does not submit returns directly — you stay in control of filing.
Is my data safe?
Safer than SaaS in one specific way: it never leaves your server. Your invoices, customers and GSTIN live in your own database. We never see them.

BillKosh is built and supported by an Indian software company (an LLP registered with the MCA) that develops billing and business software full-time. Support reaches the people who wrote the code.
