Shipping & Delivery Policy

The short version. BillKosh is a digital product, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges. You receive your download link and licence details by email within 1 hour of payment confirmation during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST). Orders placed outside those hours are delivered within the first hour of the next business day.

1. No physical shipping

All BillKosh products and services are delivered digitally or online. We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping or handling charges apply to any order.

2. Delivery times

BillKosh Lifetime Licence	Download link, licence details and installation guide sent by email to the address used for the order within 1 hour of payment confirmation during business hours.
Installation service	Installation on your hosting completed within 2 business days after you share your hosting access and setup details.
Extended support	Activated within 1 business day of payment; runs for 12 months from activation.
Managed hosting	Your hosted BillKosh is set up and login details emailed within 2 business days of payment.
GST invoice	Emailed with your delivery for every order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in West Bengal. Orders paid outside business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST), at weekends or on holidays are delivered within the first hour of the next business day.

3. Where delivery is sent

Delivery goes to the email address (and, where given, WhatsApp number) you provide when ordering. Please make sure it is correct and check your spam folder.

4. If you have not received your order

If you have not received your delivery within the time above, email info@agnitus.in or WhatsApp +91 98742 30302 with your payment reference and we will resend it promptly. If we cannot deliver at all, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
